General Appearance

The Bolognese is a small, square built dog with a compact body. The pure white coat is long and fluffy. His movements are free and spirited - thereby he carries his head in an elegant and noble way. |
| Character |
A cute, lively and intelligent dog for families and companionship that is very much attached to their family, is cuddly and sometimes even a little bit serious. Bolognese don´t know aggression and eventhough they are wathful they are no barkers. For children this obedient, lively and sporting dog is a good friend to play with - in spite of his size he is a robust dog. |

Coat & Care
|
The hair of the Bolognese is thin, silky and very fluffy all over the body. Like all white dogs, the Bolognese needs a little bit more care.
Brushing and combing of the fluffy coat is recommended 2-3 times a week. |
