Our vacation farmyard is situated in the Northern Upper Palatinate, 2 km outside of the small town of Maehring on a small hill, surrounded of the natural park "Bavarian Forest", "Steinwald" and "Fichtelgebirge". The sunny location, the rural peace and the panoramic view put you into holiday humor immediately.
Absolute recreation .... on an area of approx. 15.000 m² you can find something for everyone. For children we have created a small paradise. The children´s playground with equipment and the idyllic summer house with barbecue area offer much variety.
Our summer house is a popular meeting point for young and old and invites everyday for a barbecue, to play or just to have a talk. In our own "Brotzeitstueberl" we offer our guests the breakfast or snacks with home-made delights. Therefore we have reconstructed our old barn and now we have situated our yard coffee house and "Brotzeitstueberl" there. Here we offer our guests home-made cakes to coffee and tea or to Bavarian wheat beer and different snacks. Every Thursday we have "fish day": by request you can have trouts out of our own waters or you can have knuckles of pork with sauerkraut and dumplings. |
