Our house lies discrete (distance to next neighbor: 1 km) in the mountains of Drome Provencal, between the cities Die/Crest in the North and Nyons/Orange in the South. The village Bellegarde en Diois is approx. 1,5 km far away. The natural estate is approx. 6000 m² large, surrounded by mountains, meadows and woods. The former sheep shelter has been renovated two years ago and includes two grand vacation homes with each 2 bedrooms, big eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet, separat toilet, hall, balcony or patio. Our summer residence is mainly characterized by the silence and the multifarious flora. A little creek runs next to the house, the next lake for bathing is about 15 minutes (by car) away and - in summer - bathing in the many mountain rivers is possible, too.
The prices for a vacation home are between 269,-- and 422,--Euro per vacation home and week. For further questions and information please contact us. |
