With our in June 2000 completed "Danish" summer residence we want to offer you all premises for recreative vacations. It´s situatued on an approx. 200 m² wide and sunny natural enclosure, which is about 3 min to the beach. The 4-room-summer residence is equipped for 2-6 people with a separate toilet, washing machine, bathroom with sauna, shower and Jacuzzi in a modern and comfortable way.
The approx. 30 m² big living room is light-flooded due to a winter-garden-like oriel and has got a dinett and modern furniture, satellite color TV and Dolby-system with DVD-/CD-player. A Danish stove with small window brings up coziness. The flickering fire brings relaxation and recreation - this is hard to find nowadays (please bring wood for the stove with you or you can buy it in a store on site, too)
The modern kitchen is - typical for Danmark - interated in the living room. It has got a fridge with freezing compartment, electric range with (glass) ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine and toaster, cookware, plates, dishes and cutlery. A barbecue grill and garden furniture for the patio (which can be accessible from the living room). On the first floor there are a bedroom with a 1,40m x 2m-sized double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (0,90m x 2,00 m) as well as the separate toilet. Ground floor: a bedroom with a approx. 1,50 m x 2,00 m -sized double bed.
Please keep in mind, that the bedrooms and lockers - like in all Danish summer residences - are not very big. (Please bring bedcovers, dish cloths and towels with you.)
What offers Groemitz /Lensterstrand-Strand? First of all: pure East Sea: water, waves, sandy beach, cliff line and much nature. Actually the question of what the East Coast not offers is faster to answer... In Groemitz the guest can find the nearly inexhaustible offers of the biggest East Sea coastal resort of Germany. Your summer residence can be starting point for hiking and biking tours in untouched nature. From splashing to water ski, from badminton to tennis, from miniature golf to golf, from hiking to riding, from biking to motor-cycling - it´s hard to specify all offers.
Also fast attainable by car: the theme park Hansaland in Sierksdorf, the water-, fitness- and sauna-park "Ostseetherme" in Scharbeutz, the subtropical water park Weissenhaeuserstrand, the Karl-May-festivals in Bad Segeberg and even more. A day trip to Denmark with the ship from Puttgarden or Burg (on the Isle Fehmarn) is an experience - to only when there´s wind strength 10.
