| Vacation home for up to 6-7 people in Waldhouse, North Alsace, France location: the house is built on a approx. 10.000 sqm big closure, which is situated approx. 1 km outside of Waldhouse. contents, furniture & fixtures: living area about 180 sqm. Regularly the hirer renovates and fixes the house - it is very homelike and comfortable furnished. Entrance area with wardrobe. Dog sleeping place and dog feeding kitchen. Bathroom with wash basin and shower. Separate toilet. The first floor is accessible by stairs. Living room with open fireplace and dining corner, SAT-TV, radio and door to the balcony. Bedrooms with double bed couches. Kitchen with cooker (2x2 hotplates), small oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster. Comfortable lounge with view of the green landscape and the fenced dog garden. Library. Through a curtain seperarted bedroom with double bed couch, buffet. By stairs accessible open (sleeping) galery with a big double bed. Spacious, very estethic furnished living room with couches, SAT-TV (can be used as an extra bedroom - with pitched roof area), patio with garden furniture and grill which is made of bricks. Parking area for cars on the closure. "doggy" criteria: Taller dogs and several dogs are welcome, too. The 10.000 sqm big garden is enclosed by hedges, small walls and bushes. Behind the house an extra dog garden was arranged (approx. 150 sqm) which is enclosed, too. There is a dog house in this dog garden and an approx. 1.80 m high and in-ground fence. Hiking trails are approx. 100 m away from the house. Reinja´s tip: "Here, everybody feels good, who wants to spend the vacation a little bit secluded.
